All notices from AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing is not responsible for personal belongings left in or on your vehicle; please ensure all valuables are removed prior to service. Notices from You to AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing shall be made either by regular mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:
Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing five (5) days after the date sent.

GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

MISCELLANEOUS:

The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments prior to service. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service at the time of payment.

If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, the $50 deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date and time, provided sufficient notice is given. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

If the $50 deposit was not collected prior to service, a $50 late cancellation fee will be charged at the time of cancellation or included in the final invoice.

Vehicle Preparation & Service Terms

Clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and important items from the vehicle prior to service. AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing will not handle or move personal items due to safety and liability concerns.

If technicians are delayed more than 15 minutes due to personal items needing to be removed or a late arrival by the client, AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing reserves the right to charge for lost time at its discretion.

Vehicles must be cleared of excessive trash and debris prior to service. If excessive trash is present, a $50 Trash Removal Fee may be applied at our discretion.

If compartments such as glove boxes or center consoles are not cleared, they will not be cleaned in order to protect the client’s personal property.

Clients are asked to remove all car seats and booster seats prior to arrival. For safety and liability reasons, our technicians will not remove or reinstall car seats. If car seats remain in the vehicle, cleaning will be performed around them, and full results are not guaranteed.

Vehicle Condition, Pricing & Additional Charges

Pricing is based on the condition of the vehicle and the estimated time required to complete the service. By booking with AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing, clients acknowledge that pricing may vary following an in-person inspection.

Any additional charges will be clearly communicated and approved before work begins. No surprise fees will be added after service completion.

Additional fees may apply for conditions including, but not limited to:

Pet hair
Sand
Staining
Odors
Mold, waste, or other hazardous materials

Pet hair and sand removal is not guaranteed with any service package, though we make every reasonable effort to remove visible traces.

Stain and odor removal is not guaranteed. Some stains are permanent, and some odors require ozone treatment or specialist services. Clients will be informed of realistic expectations prior to treatment.

Interior & Exterior Limitations

AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing is not responsible for damage resulting from heavily soiled, fragile, or pre-existing interior components. In some cases, cleaning may cause worn buttons or markings to fade due to existing deterioration.

Headliners are cleaned gently. Aggressive cleaning may cause sagging due to adhesive breakdown. If a headliner is deemed too fragile during inspection, it will not be cleaned.

We are not responsible for baked-on brake dust that cannot be fully removed. Some wheels may require repair or replacement.

Bird droppings, sap, tar, and bug residue may cause permanent etching if left untreated. Complete removal is not always possible without compromising the clear coat.

Exterior trim restoration is not guaranteed. Severely faded or damaged trim may require replacement.

Wax, sealants, and coatings require proper maintenance. Durability is not guaranteed without proper care.

On-Site Service Terms

Payment in full is required on the day service is completed.

AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing reserves the right to require full prepayment for clients with repeated cancellations or reschedules, or to refuse service if scheduling or payment terms are not respected.

Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, staff illness, or equipment issues without penalty. Alternative arrangements will be provided whenever possible.

For safety reasons, clients must remain 10–15 feet away from the work area at all times.

Clients must accurately disclose vehicle conditions prior to service. If undisclosed hazardous materials (including bodily fluids, mold, or waste) are discovered upon arrival, AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing reserves the right to discontinue service and charge partial payment at its discretion.

Photo & Video Rights

By booking services with AutoLuxe Mobile Detailing, clients grant permission for photos and videos of their vehicle to be taken before, during, and after service for marketing and promotional purposes.

Clients will not be identified by name, license plate, or address without prior consent. If you wish to opt out of media use, please notify us prior to service.
